Added a screen saver only mode. 
Fixed a bug that could cause the cloud server list to not update periodically. 
Improved the communication between the EarthDesk prefpane and the rendering engine. 
Version 4 is a paid upgrade ($11.95 from v2 or v3, $14.95 from v1 or promotional licenses).
